I visited this restaurant with my daughter to check it out. After we were seated, I placed my order over the phone while still in the restaurant. Our food was ready in about five to seven minutes. Although the app didn't send me a confirmation email, I approached the lady at the counter, who kindly checked and confirmed our order. She assured me that it was ready. The restaurant accepted my gift card and processed it smoothly without any issues. Our order was accurate, and the buffet set up for customers was clean when we arrived. I recently moved back to Atlanta a few months ago, and this particular Jason's is conveniently located near my home. I've been consistently enjoying meals from there, and I’ve never experienced poor service or any issues with food safety (LOL!). Stevie always recognizes me as I walk in and has my order ready at the counter. Just the other night, I saw him patiently assisting an elderly lady with the Jason’s Deli app on her phone. I visited on November 19, 2023, and had a wonderful experience. Ms. Rebecca was outstanding; although it's not typical for someone in this type of setting to check in frequently, she did so consistently, which I really appreciated. We've dined at several Jason's locations before, but this was our first time at this one. My only complaint is that my soup could have been served hotter. Two younger staff members, one of whom had dreadlocks, were also very helpful. We'll definitely be returning!

This is a fantastic spot for sandwiches. The salad bar is truly outstanding. I highly recommend dining at this location!
