Je connais ce traiteur depuis 25 ans et pour la boucherie et les plateaux froids, il n'y a rien à dire, cependant, les barquettes du jour sont trop souvent de mauvaise qualité et en quantité insuffisante. Je travaille pour un très grand vignoble à Gtlinshoffen, nous récoltons plus de 2 mois et nous avons leurs barquettes tous les jours (plus de 30 repas / jour), les quantités ne sont jamais les mêmes d'une barquette à l'autre, les légumes sont trop cuits ou pas assez, les viandes sont assez bonnes sur certaines barquettes et d'autres sont pleines de gras et de nerfs à 50%. Le pire, c'est qu'un collègue a même trouvé un débris de porcelaine dans son plat. Dommage que les années passent et que...

Je ne comprends pas certaines critiques... J'achète des plats et autres produits en journée depuis des années. Tout est excellent, même les baguettes que j'achète en grande quantité et que je congèle. Toutes les boulangeries Colmar ne vendent pas de pain congelé.
