We liked a lot. I had only gone a couple of times years ago, when they were in El Carmen and it was a la carte. They have changed the concept a lot since then. Now the place is a typical Cabañal house restored with an open space, where you can see how they cook and there are only 4 tables, which ensures a more intimate atmosphere. The golden eggs menu consists of 9 passes; All the dishes were very good, although the one I liked the least was the last dessert that had mushrooms, licorice and black garlic. Incredible gastronomic experience at Gallina Negra. We tried the long menu (7 savory dishes and 2 sweet ones) and we loved the proposal. Traditional dishes reinvented in an original way. Varied winery at a more than reasonable price. And the exceptional Room: kindness, elegance and professionalism in equal parts. It is on its way to becoming one of the essentials in Valencia. My husband and I have gone to dinner and it has been incredible, we have gone to the new place and it is beautiful, super original and you feel at home, it is a place that never disappoints and we will go back more times.
