When I requested to be seated at a different table in the nearly empty space, it was because the assigned table was too close to other diners, and I needed more distance due to a compromised immune system. BOY HOWDY… Don’t miss out on Javier’s! When we travel, if there’s a Javier’s it’s a must dine situation. This past trip to Vegas was no exception. Not only did we go, we were there within 45min of touchdown. Dropped our luggage in the room, then off to sit at the bar we went. We were ready for the post flight margs if you know what I mean. Due to dinner plans within a couple hours, we just wanted a snack and beverage. We got margaritas and they were spectacular! Mrs. had the Pepino and I got the Cristalino. I had a wonderful experience at Javier’s while celebrating my partner's return from deployment. The drinks were fantastic (we got the cucumber martini, pineapple margs, and sangria swirl margs) and the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. I was particularly impressed with how kind and accommodating their manager was, making our celebration even more special. If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy drinks and excellent service, I highly recommend Javier’s! Parking: They have a complementary valet don't bother trying to find parking like we did.
I recently enjoyed another food tour at the Aria during Travel Week, and Javier's truly impressed me with the best queso I've ever tasted. I typically don't like queso or cheese, so this was a pleasant surprise and has definitely inspired me to try more queso in the future. The habanero confit provided a delightful kick that balanced the dish perfectly, and pairing it with any chips or tortillas really excited my taste buds. Both the food and drinks were absolutely fantastic!

Still one of my favorite stops in Vegas from the selection, the atmosphere, the food and the style here. It really is one of the best Mexican places in the city, but highly recommend getting a reservation in advance especially on weekends cause walk-ins are difficult here. But well worth the wait. And if you love seafood get the ahi tuna ceviche and lobster enchilladas
You should definitely visit for a drink and a snack, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a full meal. I ordered a margarita, which was fantastic. However, my husband and I shared a three-item combo and were disappointed. The food didn't meet the price expectations, and I was hoping for more. On a positive note, the staff and the margarita were excellent!
I ordered the short rib and it wasn’t hitting at all. The rib had so much fat on it and no flavor. The only flavor I could taste was the little spice that was on it. When they brought it out it looked disgusting ? 2/10
This particular location never disappoints. Outstanding service by far, Cristobal and his boss took care of our daughter and we had a wonderful birthday celebration. Thank you

Absolutely delicious enchiladas…. Service was outstanding atmosphere is lovely… But the best part are the Margaritas are amazing and will definitely get you drunk.
Refused to seat us because a guest had a physical disability…. tried to speak with a manager and was unable. Was told that the guest was a “liability”.
