I used to frequent this restaurant a few years ago. The owner is West African, like me, so I felt a sense of solidarity. However, I found the staff to be unprofessional, rude, and argumentative. They show no care for customer feedback and respond with arrogance. When I spoke to the owner about the importance of mindfulness and customer service, he dismissed my concerns, stating that he has many customers and can afford to lose one. This attitude disappoints me as word-of-mouth is a powerful form of advertising. I am not angry, just confused and hopeful for change. Unfortunately, I doubt the owner's arrogance will allow for any improvement.
I really enjoy this restaurant. I ordered the Cassava Kartato with green eggplant and okra, among other things. The flavors were always spot on, but last time it was a bit too heavily seasoned for my taste. They provided oil on the side for spiciness, so I just asked for it to be toned down a bit. It's hard to fully enjoy the flavors when it's too spicy. I don't want that to limit others from experiencing the great taste this place has to offer. Can't wait to come back again!
Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. Ordered fufu soup.. went to pick up the food and they informed that the wait would be about 10 mins .. afterwards they informed me another 10 mins … Long story short waited for about 30 mins.. ended up leave without food because waiter told me to wait another 10… there’s no system whatsoever … bad business
The food may be decent, but be prepared for the worst customer service experience of your life at this restaurant. The staff, especially the owner, provide poor service and lack personal attention. Expect to wait for at least an hour, even after placing an order over the phone.

This my spot, clean, decent and delicious foods, even though I wish he had more different food choices. I love this place, The only restaurant I eat without hesitation of hygiene and clean, delicious african meal.

This is what the fufu looks like that’s they serve, service is horrible and they are so rude, never again will I go there.
