I have been using this place for many years. Customer service is excellent and the cupcakes are absolutely delicious! I ordered 12 cupcakes recently and got my dates mixed up. I contacted Jellytots and Dolly mixtures and they went above and beyond of what I expected them to do! They had a day's notice to deliver 12 cupcakes, which they did AND it was on a day that they don't usually deliver! This level of service is only be possible because it's a small local business with excellent customer care. I highly recommend this place!! Thank you once again for delivering on Eid and making it extra special for me and my family
I used to live in Manchester and visited this place regularly. I moved away 8 years ago and decided to visit on the trip to Manchester this week but the shop was closed. I messaged on Facebook to be told they do collection and delivery only. They fit me in last minute and I am so grateful they did. They are honestly the best cupcakes I have had and would recommend them to anyone. If you are local or visiting then contact them and put in an order, you won’t regret it.
I normally don't like cupcakes and the frosting is too sweet and always far to much compared to the amount of cake. However, jellytots do the best cakes I have ever had. The flavours are varied and yummy. I love the cream egg one they do at Easter and also the blueberry cake. They taste as good as they look. I drive from blackburn to sale just for theses cakes. They even have a little seating area where you can have a brew whilst enjoying your cake.
Lovely company to deal with. I called and asked for 9 cupcakes for my daughters birthday bowling party. The lady who made our cupcakes popped them into individual boxes all ready to go straight into the party bags. My daughter loves chocolate so she picked chocolate cakes with chocolate frosting and chocolate sprinkles!! She even put on some slices of sweets on top Fudge, Wispa and Twirls!! They looked amazing and tasted even better!!!

As you can see by the reviews this place is magical, the sweet smell of baking when you walk in and the cupcakes are just beautiful inside and out! Picked up my Valentines Cupcakes this morning for my mum and grandma and they loved them so much! You guys put nothing but effort into your baking and it seriously pays off! Thank you so much they are stunning!
Have used jellytots and Dollymixtures for a few years now whether it be a charity request or personal treat never had nicer cakes during the current situation with coronavirus the contactless delivery service is fantastic and Louise is very good at responding to order messages in great time can't wait for more treats thank you
