I hadn’t been to Jerry’s Subs in years, and this location has made me think twice about coming back. The service was okay, but the food was underwhelming. The large fries were more like a small serving, and the meat on my sub was scant and badly seasoned—only that earns it one star from me. All our subs were mostly just bread. Where’s the meat? I’d suggest trying another place until they make some improvements.
I would give this place 0 stars but that isn't allowed. Don't bother with this place. It looks like an express 7/11 version of Jerry'swhen you want a sub that is supposed to be made fresh and usually pretty good. It wasn't even open at 5:30 on a Friday night, and the cluless store clerks had no idea if or when it would be open again later in the night. Save your time and go to Ledos or Dominos down the street.
Do not go here. We moved to the area recently and went there for lunch. I had an overcooked cheesesteak. And we wanted to order a cold turkey and cheese sub. We were informed that they never have turkey at this establishment. So we settled for a ham and cheese sub. And both sandwiches weren't on fresh bread. I repeat. DO NOT GO HERE. We will be making the extra drive to the Jessup location
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!! They gave us uncooked pizza and when I inquired about why, how they will correct this and ultimately requested a refund, was hung up on. I am still waiting to be contacted by the corporate office or franchise owner, but I am not letting this go. Réservez une table maintenant
I visited Jerry's Subs Pizza and really enjoyed the artwork decorating the walls. The pizza and subs were delicious, albeit slightly expensive, but that wasn’t a big concern for me. The family-owned staff were consistently polite and friendly throughout my visits!

It seems they’re still dealing with past problems! I received the wrong pizza and had to fight for a refund on my own. I won’t be waiting for their coordination number again. Please do not publish this!
I've visited this restaurant several times, and while their pizzas and subs are a bit pricey, it's worth it! The staff is family-owned, and they've always been very polite and friendly to me! Réservez une table maintenant
