To be fair, this is a brunch rating not lunch/dinner). You MUST offer bread at brunch they do offer biscuits), but no bread/toast : Don't get tricked by the Banana Bread French Toast; it's tasty and sweet but its banana bread in French disguise not real bread). Mimosa's were tasty, wait service was not on point and it was not crowded. She did have a LOT of tables all around the room, they could have been short staffed. Weird GPS drive up thought I was ending up in someone's backyard with a BBQ pit and some picnic tables quite the opposite, it is a hidden indoor/outdoor restaurant in the middle of urban housing. I'm betting the ribs, BBQ and lunch would be better but was happy they were on Op...
We were here on a Friday evening, arriving around 1930. It was busy (but not completely packed, though parking was a challenge) and kinda loud inside, so we moved out to the patio area, which was MUCH better (for both volume and atmosphere)! As the night went on, the crowd thinned out and it got quieter, which was nice. He got the Jalapeno Brisket Roll and Pulled Chicken Sandwich, I got the Off-the-Hook Whiskey Salmon, and we both got some drinks.
The service and the food was excellent!! Zac was wonderful! I would say that our table was not wiped down prior to us grunt seated, however we had to wait a few minutes to be seated because our table was being prepared. Also where we were seated, cars were backing up extremely close to our table. I think that there probably shouldn’t have been a table set up in that area within the parking lot
Ashley took amazing care of me tonight! I hadn’t gotten one of my orders and I was running for the train, and she offered to make things right on the bill AND get me a to-go of what I missed! That’s service that cares right there. I would happily go back to The Hideaway anytime! Thank you, Ashley!

I got my usual crab dip today (Sept 2nd) only this time I ordered it to go. I got the smallest portion of dip. It's like a third of the regular portion I get when I order it to dine in. Not cool!
The food and service was absolutely amazing. Please get the crab dip!!! The wings were also terrific and the tables have a selection of sauces that are very tasty!
Family dinner six people. Seated immediately even though it was pretty crowded. Server was funny and personable. Food was great. We love it here.
WOW! The roast beef sandwich is da BOMB!!!! The horse radish could use a kick (not hot enough), but other than that, it was delicious!
