The staff at this location could use some retraining. There was no attention to detail when preparing my sandwiches; it felt like they just threw them together. They also messed up the bread while cutting it. I’ll be avoiding this place in the future, which is a pity since I spend a lot of time in El Monte.

I had some subs today, and wow, this is definitely one of the best Jersey Mike's I've ever visited! The staff was incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy. The Famous Philly cheesesteaks were cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all!
