Jersey Mike's Subs

I visited this place in my lunch break. I had received Jersey Mike's gift card for the holidays and I wanted to use it at this point. I ordered my food and the employee's credit, it was fast service. However, when I tried to redeem my gift card, the employee told me in the register that there was no money on my gift card. I know this was completely wrong, as I had just opened it the same day and never used it before. He was completely creepy and dismissed. Do not take your gift cards to this place, because they will not honor them! I'm not going to visit this place anymore. Absolutely terrible customer service!

I placed my order through their app. I wanted to pick up my sandwiches and put the whole wheat bread, but I ordered white. They wanted to give me my money back. I wish they had asked me to tell me they were outside since it was a 30-minute drive. I took her anyway. I don't like them to decide for me as a substitute for the bread type!

Anyway, I order the wrong order from this restaurant. from missing items to wrong orders that cause delays in delivery times and will be overloaded. you must pay better attention to the commands that eat through and get your act together I wish I could give 0 stars your food tastes good, but you have idiots working there

Ever since I visited chicago and learned about Jersey Mike's from a friend/co-worker, I've been eating here every chance I get. If you like Subway or Jimmy John's, you will LOVE Jersey Mike's.

I usually get the hot philly cheese steak sandwich, this time I got the cold super sub and it wasn't disappointed, it was delicious. The staff was friendly and made the sandwich very fast.
