Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered a cheese steak and an Italian. Bread wasn't toasted on either, cheese not melted on cheese steak, and very little sauce on cheese steak. Our normal store in Jax does a way better job in making the subs but the girls were all extremely nice and helpful. They just need more training on how to make a

The food and customer service are excellent. My only problem is that all the female food preparers do not use hair restraints such as a hair net like Publix does when they prepare sandwiches. The long hair and ponytails are not sanitary for food preparation. Please use safety standards to correct this.

Wow, what can I say about Jersey Mike's? They have the BEST subs! The service is amazing, and the prices are great. We go there at least twice a week! After a long day of being a nurse and taking care of my patients, nothing beats Jersey Mike's! We absolutely love it!

I've visited many Jersey Mike's locations and usually enjoy the best Philly cheesesteaks. However, this time, I was really disappointed with my sandwich—it was the least satisfying one I've ever had from the chain. Perhaps it was just an off day. Réservez une table maintenant

Jersey Mike's makes a nice sandwich but for the money it's not big enough. You could easily go next door to the Publix supermarket and get a better bigger sandwich also made fresh for less money.

Asked for a mushroom cheese steak no peppers. Got a portabella sub with cheese. More training needed to listen to the customers full order and not focus on first word. Also way too much onion!
