I went to this location and ordered a sandwhich. I got to the register and I had 3 gift cards unused that I had been saving. The girl ringing me up must have tried like 7 times to put them through and told me sorry it’s not working. I asked if there was any other way to enter them she told me no they’re not working in the computer which left no choice but to leave without my food. I then traveled to the location in uniondale and told them my issue and had them ring me up before making the sandwhich so they didn’t waste food. The food was good but I ordered my food in the morning to pick up at 12:37pm I got there at 12:40 and the food was not made. They said the order was there but not made because I ordered so far in advance. He made the order right away which was nice but the cashier did not give it to me until I went back to the register and it was just sitting on the side he did not put it in the grab and go area. The food was good but I do not have time to wait because I am on my work lunch break.
Today I tried Jersey Mikes for the first time. July 27 2023. There were 3 people working that were in front. That were visible and one other customer besides myself and my son. So it was not busy at all. The girl who greeted me and took my order was very pleasant. But then the manager finished up my order with a very nasty attitude from start to finish. Sandwich were made good and by the other pleasant kid. But because of this nasty manager. We will not be visiting again..
First time here and I ordered a Mikes Philly Cheesesteak no onions or peppers. I got home to eat lunch and of course it had onions and peppers. I called and wanted them to send me a correct one. They said they couldn't do that but come back and they would make a new one I returned and dealt with Rick who made my new sandwich. He was very nice and apologized. The sandwich was pretty good. If there is a next time I will certainly verify my order.

The staff at this location are AMAZING. Walked in to grab lunch this morning. The place was packed. The line moved incredibly quickly and the vibe in the store was immaculate. I am gluten free, and felt so comfortable... the staff took great care to makesure the food was not contaminated. Thank you for making my lunch with such good vibes. I will definitely be back!
I called at 4:30 PM to order two sandwiches. The person who answered confirmed my order but then put me on hold. After six minutes of waiting without any response, I decided to hang up. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be coming back to this location.
First time trying jersey Mike's. The staff was welcoming and friendly, informing me of the particularities of Jam's vs other sandwich shops The sandwich was delicious, and I am impressed that they slice the meat per order. Definitely would return ifI'm in the area.
The three individuals working behind the counter gave me a glimpse of a troubling future for our country. Their lack of motivation and competence was truly disappointing.
