I've been to this Jersey Mikes many times, but today witnessed an embarrassing moment. While in line I watched a woman arrive to pick up her order. Upon being handed her order and noticing it was not the size she ordered, but bigger, one member of the staffasked for the sandwich back and made her wait for them to make another. She asked if she could have the sandwich as it is whatshe ordered, but in a larger size, but the employee said no. She became upset, and the employee seemed to not care at all aboutthe inconvenience. I always like to order my favorite, a #2 Jersey Shore's with the phone app with some customization. The app is very convenient, and the sandwich is usually ready at the pickup time. I typically set the pickup time 30 minutes after they open, during thenon-busy time.

Located in shopping center. Plenty of parking. Order ahead with app to earn free sandwiches. Clean store with same great Jersey Mike's quality. #13 is my favorite.

Good fresh food and wonderful employees. They make it a pleasure to visit. Always have a smile, even when extremely busy.
