I ordered the beef bone hot pot off of Uber eats for pick up. It took a while to get an employee's attention but I picked up my order and went back to eat in my office. They package the food super securely, sealing the top of the bowl with plastic like a boba cup. Unfortunately, the container isn't resealable so you'll have to finish it in one meal or have another container. The meal itself was really tasty and the portion was good for me. I got extra mild and it was still a little spicy for me but that's because I'm super weak My combo came with ramen and a drink. I got the peach oolong which was on the sweet side. i got my order doordashed and i was thoroughly surprised!even if my order came in 30-40 mins, my soup was piping hot. the packaging was tightly sealed so there was no leakage. impressive lol. we got the spiciest level and it was good, but not spicy enough for my liking. my sister and i got the same soup base but they tasted so different from each other. maybe it was because we got different toppings? no clue what the reason was, but it was still really good regardless. my only gripe is that i wish they put the noodles and chinese donuts on the side. id def come eat in person to get my malatang fix!
THEIR CHICKEN SOUP IS THE BEST!!! I also love their chicken knees as a side dish! They also give out free jelly/pudding desserts in small containers and they're tasty! Service is fast, doesn't take more than ten minutes for your number to be called. Currently located inside the food court but they are moving outside to their own space in the same plaza soon. Please open another location on the west side soon!
i get doordash from here a lot. it’s ready so fast, tastes so good, good prices, always hits, the packaging is so cute and thoughtful, they include a toothpick and wrap it like boba with a sharp pick to unwrap it, arrives piping hot. so many good options for vegans if you look enough. The pickled cabbage flavor with all the tofu and veggies ugh so good. i crave this all the time
Food is great but service reeeeeally depends on which server you get! Some are very patient and helpful, especially if you’re new, others are extreeeemely impatient, get mad at you, yell at you, the one girl today even rolled her eyes at me and pointed at the line behind me while continuously rolling her eyes at me and sighing. My new obsession! I've only had this place to-go and order from Doordash but I'll definitely need to come in person sometime. The spicy beef broth is to die for and I love how there's just an endless amount of toppings you can choose from. The packaging is very good and efficient as well which I really appreciate.
Beef bone soup. This is my second review bc I wanted to add a picture! I go here almost every week. So good. Also no more surprise sides (jello/kimchi) in your bag to go but that was just a fun free side they used to give. Still love this place. Very consistent in flavor.
