Just go to the ones on 64th or youngfield. This location is by far the most disappointing experience you could have with a sandwich. I've ordered there twice now and both times have sucked.1: They messed up my order. When I realized, I took the sandwich back and had them remake it. They did so, but I received terrible customer service. So bad that I left a review (and got a call from the guy that had served me apologizing for his behavior)2: They again messed up my order today. Not only that, but I PAID $9 for extras on my sandwich that I did not receive. Also, the meat tasted kinda funky so I'm mildly concerned about whether or not it was safe to eat. I'm not even going to bother going back...

Firstly, they messed up my order. When I noticed the mistake, I brought the sandwich back for them to remake it. While they did make a new one, the customer service I received was terrible. It was so bad that I felt compelled to leave a review, which led to a call from the staff member who served me, apologizing for his behavior. Secondly, they messed up my order again today. On December 29th at around 7:10 PM, I had a great experience at this restaurant. The two young men working there were not only quick but also friendly. As someone who is quite particular about my orders, especially since I was ordering for a group of four or more, I appreciate when things are customized. They handled my requests like pros, always with a smile. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I want to give those young men some recognition. It's refreshing to encounter such a strong work ethic these days!

Went at 530pm on 24 Aug. The two males and one female working there were on point. In the time we were there, they were kicking orders out for pick up and had our sandwiches done in 5 minutes. If I were staying here, I’d eat there often, especially if they were the crew working. Réservez une table maintenant

This is the cleanest Jersey Mike's we've ever visited. The two employees, PJ and Adam, were not only friendly but also continuously cleaned the entire time we were there. We were truly impressed by their strong work ethic and the pride they take in their jobs!

The restaurant is always immaculate, and the staff members are incredibly friendly. I’ve never had a negative experience there! You all are exceptional and consistently exceed my expectations. Keep up the great work!

Walked in and got a Club. Not only is it missing the bacon bit it's got a ridiculous amount of oil on it. Nice enough people but even at checkout the guy was talking on the phone the whole time. Réservez une table maintenant
