The quality of the meats are a step up from Subway, coupled with the ability to place orders online, are two of the mainattributes that initially drew us to the store. I have frequented many JerseyMikes and always had a goodexperience. From the outside of this building I was expecting a lot more. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to Jersey Mike standards. Honestly I would've walked out, but my family was very hungry. We visited on May 5, 2023 and the restaurant was empty. We were there around 5pm and half of the dining area was blocked off with chairs on the tables and tape blocking the area. There was no outdoor seating. I had to squeeze through the blocked off area to use the bathroom and wished I didn't, it was not clean. We had to ask an employee to clean off the high top table so we could eat. During my visit to Jersey Mike's Subs, I requested lettuce and tomato, and one of the employees grew impatient, telling me to "keep going." He then abruptly interrupted me by saying, "get your arms off the counter." While I understand the need to maintain the counter, a little politeness would have made a big difference. A simple request like "Could you please watch your arms?" would have been sufficient.

Exercise caution at the Wyckoff location. It used to be a reliable spot, but cleanliness has significantly declined. On my last two visits, the food preparation area looked quite dirty. The areas for cutting meat and assembling sandwiches were not well-kept. Why can't they use a clean wrapper for sandwiches instead of placing the bread on an unclean surface? I definitely don’t want any unwanted flavors like oregano flakes or other meat remnants in my sandwich. After my last visit on August 9, 2023, I ended up with a terrible stomach bug. I won't be going back.

On June 22, 2023, I encountered an issue at this restaurant for the first time. As a senior citizen, I called the Wyckoff, NJ location this afternoon with a simple question. Unfortunately, I was hung up on twice by an employee named Nick, who claimed he was too busy to assist me. I found his behavior to be quite rude.
Wonderful experience all the way around. The employees are friendly, you are greeted when you enter and thanked when you depart. We are in and the place was clean. Fountain drinks (Pepsi) or bottled. The food was very good everything was fresh.
Came from out of state to visit family. Stopped here with my aunt to get lunch. Fast and friendly service. There was a line, but our service was so quick. I was impressed with how quick our sandwiches were made. Highly recommend.
Staff was happy to see me, fast, friendly and attentive. They made my sandwich exactly as I had requested and checked me out quickly. Plenty of parking available and plenty of clean tables inside.

I can’t eat a Turkey sandwich anywhere without comparing it to this establishment. And this establishment has the upper hand each time
