It's probably the closest thing to a sandwich I'd make at home, which isn't really what I'm looking for when spending $12+ for a 6 inch sub.Parm Bread was ok but my friends regular white looked better. Condiment selection is limited to tomato/lettuce/onion/pickle/hot peppers but they were fresh and tasted like actual fresh vegetables. Not sure what the sauce options were, I got honey mustard on my Italian (or whatever it's called). Unfortunately the honey mustard was the only source of flavour because the freshly sliced cold cuts just didn't have any flavour, and provolone is for adding cheese without adding cheese flavour.There's an obvious emphasis on friendliness and small talk by staff w...
Unfortunately this is the second time i've had an extremely horrible experience at this location! I truly believe that the staff at this location are extremely racist. How is it that the staff provide great customer service to the customers ahead of us, but as soon as they see people of color, their attitude completely changes. And this is the second time that this has happened. They're rude and their service is awful. It's very disappointing to see that there are still people that are so disrespectful towards people of color, especially when they are working in customer service. I will for sure not being going back to this location, because of their awful service. Do not recommend at all!!!...
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant for the second time. I believe the staff at this location are racist. They provide great customer service to some customers, but as soon as they see people of color, their attitude changes. This has happened twice now. They are rude and their service is awful. It's disappointing to see such disrespect towards people of color, especially in customer service. I will not be returning to this location because of their terrible service. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. It was an extremely horrible experience.
This is our favorite place to get subs. It is definitely the best in town. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. Every time we go, we are welcomed, thanked, and made to feel at home. Great food, staff, and the place is clean with a good atmosphere. I stop by whenever I'm driving past Kitchener, sometimes even driving from Cambridge just to grab a sub. Shoutout to all the staff, with a double shoutout to Maze who served me today. Friendly, polite, and has a good sense of humor! Will be back again
This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's subs and Darrel greetest us with a smile and a great attitude. We got a giant sub to take home with us and it was delicious with a fresh baked cookie and brownie to finish off the meal. Just the best experience. Well definitely be going back best subs ever.
Excellent choice for Subs, we drove all the way from Georgetown as someone had mentioned this place. The staff are so friendly and greet you like your special especially Maze. Their food is cut fresh which is unique and very tasty, we had the chipotle chicken and turkey, both were great.
This was everything we saw advertised. They had breads to choose from, they slice the meat right in front of you, and they aren't cheap. Very generous with the toppings and love the tang from the red wine vinegar. Good sandwich, fair prices. Definitely visiting again! Réservez une table maintenant
