The food at Jersey Mike's Subs is great and far surpasses Subway. However, my experience at this restaurant is inconsistent. The prices seem to fluctuate, with the Mini size seeming like a joke and the Regular size being overpriced at $10. The Giant size is almost $17 after tax, which is much higher than the supposed price of around $13. The staff can be confusing and seem to shame customers for not knowing how to order. I had a mix-up with my order where they nearly put onions on a sandwich that didn't list them on the menu. Additionally, there was a long wait while all three employees disappeared in the middle of making sandwiches. The high prices make the experience unappealing, overshado...
Absolutely filthy!!! Meat and cheese scraps everywhere. Staff wore gloves but were touching themselves their hats etc then the food again. The way the meat was layer out on the sandwich was in random piles. I watched a guy send a tomato flying out of the food prep area onto a piece of paper... surely I thought he was going to throw this out but instead he picked up the paper and dumped the tomato back in. I am so grossed out by what I did see I cannot imagine what I didn't see when there weren't customers around. No idea when the last time that place was cleaned but I'm guessing a good cleaning happens about never. I eat street meat with gusting but after what i saw here today I am completel...
The food was good, but there is one major reason why I can't give this place a 5-star rating. The person working the register should not be making sandwiches at the same time. Touching cash with gloves on and then using those same gloves to make a sandwich for the next customer is not hygienic. They should be changing gloves to ensure proper food handling practices. Not good.
The sub was average, with the main issue being the bread. The quality and quantity of cold cuts provided were not worth the price - there was only about 5oz of meat on the entire sub for $17. The person slicing the meat should try to be more friendly and smile. This experience took place on April 19th, 2023 at 1:30pm.

Last night I called last minute and gave these guys the impossible task of making me 20 subs in about 20 minutes. (Last minute food for a hungry HS hockey team! When I got there 20 minutes later they were done, bagged and ready to go! Awesome job!! The boys were very appreciative!
First and probably last time going here. When I first arrived it took about 10 minutes before a member asked what I wanted to order. Then after paying for my food, the guy just walked away without even handing me my food. I was in disbelief. Customer service clearly lacks here.
This location is by far the best jersey Mikes I have ever been to. The reason is Sam! She is incredible! Always welcomes you with a big smile and makes incredible sandwiches. This team is efficient and cares about the quality of the food they prepare. Great job to all. Rob
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Made a $50 order, and informed the person on the phone 3 times that I don’t want any bell peppers on neither of the 2 sandwiches. My sandwiches have more bell peppers than there is meat or bread.

First time ordering and I must say this is the best sub I ever had, I actually forgot to tell them to put mayonnaise but this sandwich taste good you don't even need any extras. The meat is fresh, everything is fresh
The counter where sandwiches were made was dirty. Staff had no idea how to make wraps. Bread was out of stock. I know there s bad days. But this happened twice already.
