Jersey Mike's Subs

The last couple times I?ve ordered online, the wait has been much longer than the 15 min it says on the app. The food is good and the employees are friendly but the wait has been getting longer and longer. I showed up 20 min after I ordered tonight and when I arrived, my sandwich hadn?t even been started on. If they?re just going to make my sandwich after I get there, why bother using the app? Food is tasty but the timing needs work. I wrote up this review in store while waiting for my sub (30 min after ordering via the app). Update: I ended up getting my sandwich 38min after ordering (the app said approx 15min). When I got home, I discovered that they didn?t even give me the correct sandwic...

I cannot praise this restaurant enough. Every time I dine here, the service is impeccable and the food is absolutely delicious. I have become a regular customer because of the outstanding experience I have every visit. I have noticed a kind older gentleman who I suspect is a supervisor, who always treats his staff with respect. As someone with experience in the restaurant industry, I appreciate the attention to detail and the positive atmosphere created by the friendly staff. It is always a pleasant experience dining here. Highly recommend.

JM's subs are incredibly delicious. They take an extra step by not only assembling your sandwich at the counter in front of you, but also freshly cutting the deli meat right before your eyes. These fresh sandwiches are truly amazing.

Best service i had. Good and welcoming staff. Lil expensive Tuna regular sandwich $8 and extra for cheese. But liked the taste and the service. Its very clean.

I had a great time at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Jordan was especially kind and definitely deserves a raise!

Service was slow and staff said sandwich was on the line, but I waited 15 minutes for my food. Would recommend Jersey Mike's. Just not this place.
