I had worst experience at this particular Jersey Mike?s. First they messed up my order, when I returned asking for a replacement they implied it was my fault. I showed them my mobile order in details on my cellphone. They just shrugged off and bring themissing ingredient. But I insisted that they remake my order as the wrap was torn apart already, finally they reluctantlyaccepted. I would avoid this place at all cost.
My experience at this Jersey Mike's location was terrible. They got my order wrong and when I asked for a replacement, they insinuated it was my mistake. I showed them my detailed mobile order on my phone, but they just brushed it off and brought the missing ingredient. I insisted on getting a remake as the wrap was already torn apart, and they begrudgingly agreed. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
I visited today with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we had the chance to meet the new manager, who is quite a large fellow. The food was fantastic—fresh and served quickly. We’re definitely willing to drive the extra distance to come to this location in the future!
