Jersey Mike's Subs

When you ask for a sandwich to be made a certain way, and you get home and it's not made the way you ask, it's disappointing, not to mention the TIP screen that pops up after you pay, I'm sorry, what's that all about? You chose to work at a job for a wage, why are you EXPECTING a tip for doing what you're already being paid to do? I tip people all the time that deliver and wait on me at a sit down restaurant, but the nerve of them TO ASK about the tip when you check out....insane. Worst experience yet. The line was long, so we killed time. After coming back, I see why the wait was so long. This place used to be great, but now has lost the groove. Teamwork was not there tonight. Workers playing around not helping each other. The meat on my giant steak was skimpy, just bread at each end of my sub. Tables and floors were a mess. My wife had to clean a table for us to sit and eat. Cleaning bucket left right beside the tea containers. I love Jersey Mike's, but I won't be coming back to this store. I'll try visiting the store at Garner, NC.

not sure if they were giving away food this day but they were so crowded. I couldn't even enjoy it at the location because I had to get back to work soon after my transaction. The associates did what they could to move along the line without losing quality.

My absolute favorite. The staff there is amazing. Especially the mom and son duoVegetarian options: The veggies are freshKid-friendliness: They have little kid sandwiches and kid size cookies, and a kids meal.

Awesome place to eat. They have stepped up on their game. Tried it a couple of times n didn't like it the store was disgusting , very dirty. Food was not good BUT now it is great . I recommend this place .

I bought 2 subs tonight, and they were amazing. One was a cold, and the other was hot, and I was just very pleased with my service experience from start to finish. Excellent job.

Jersey Mikes subs are the best Ive ever had. My turkey and provolone sub with all the extras I ordered was fantastic. Every ingredient was fresh and delicious.

I wish they were a little less expensive but they really are worth every penny. Always get the steak and cheese hot sub. Soooo good!

We love Jersey Mike's! Being a Jersey girl, that's my only hoagie choice! The Italian Mike's way is the only way!
