The experience was decent, but I was disappointed with the long wait time of over an hour, especially seeing people who came in after me receive their orders first. Additionally, I received the wrong cookie and the peppers I requested to be removed were still on my dish. Their online ordering system seems to be down frequently, and they don't answer phone calls either. Honestly, I don't think their food justifies the price, although it's definitely better than Subway. They could really benefit from offering some sauces!
I recently stopped by for some dinner and was disappointed by the experience. The wait time was unusually long; we stood in line for at least 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet expectations either. We ordered our usual favorites, but they tasted terrible—almost as if the grill hadn't been cleaned properly. I wouldn't recommend this location. It's a shame because Jersey Mike's is typically a reliable choice.
The best sub sandwiches in Orange County! I always order the turkey with provolone and mayo, prepared Mike's way. The bread is excellent, the turkey is delicious, and the vegetables are fresh. I've tried the cheesesteak a few times, but I found that it doesn't have enough meat for the price, so I've stopped ordering it. I'm giving it 4 stars because I believe the sandwiches are slightly overpriced.

I've been ordering delivery from this restaurant due to my disability, but they repeatedly forget to include the soda I ordered. I've spent enough money here to have earned some free subs by now. If I could change my delivery location, I would do it in a heartbeat. The service is terrible, and I won't be ordering from them again.
The freshly sliced meats are consistently excellent, but the seasoning was a bit off, and I found the dish lacked vinegar, which left me craving a bit more flavor.
The dining experience was fantastic, but there was insufficient parking. Also, I ordered online and mistakenly got charged twice.
