I am giving this restaurant four stars solely because Jersey Mike's subs are consistently five-star quality. However, I was disappointed with the service and portion size at this particular location. Despite these issues, the subs here still remain the best tasting option around. During my visit, I encountered a problem with my order of the #9 Club supreme. The staff seemed unfamiliar with how to make it, and I had to repeatedly request them to include bacon, a key component of this sandwich. Despite the confusion, the server was friendly, but lacked proper training. Eventually, my order was fulfilled correctly, and the sub was delicious as always. I recently enjoyed a delicious fresh sandwich at this fast food restaurant and the service was exceptional. There was a young man named Nate who made a sandwich for my picky five-year-old daughter exactly to her liking. She was so impressed by his kindness that she called my wife to share how nice he was at the sandwich shop and how eager she was to return. It was such a heartwarming experience.

This restaurant is fantastic! Located right by the water, Jersey Mike's will keep you coming back for more. Manager Nick took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect. The staff at this restaurant clearly lacks proper training. If a customer doesn't ask for cheese, it could be due to a food allergy rather than simply a preference. I am disappointed that my money was wasted on a subpar sandwich. Thank you.

As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly. It was my first time visiting this restaurant. A group of four employees quickly prepared my sandwich. The sandwich was extremely tasty, with great bread and quality meat.

I am so excited Jersey Mike's has come to Deerfield and only 5 minutes from my house. Subs are top notch and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Thanks Gary and team.
