Jersey Mike's Subs

I visit this location about every other week. When it comes to subs, I believe Jersey Mike's is top-notch. The ingredients are very fresh and they are generous with their portions. A tip for you - join the 'My Mike's Sub Club' for rewards after buying a certain number of sandwiches. Today, I used my points for a free sub - what a treat! When I walked in, one of the staff members recognized me and thanked me for my continued patronage. They even gave me a free soda and offered me some chips or a cookie to go with my sub. We have been regular customers at this Jersey Mike's location for years and have always appreciated the friendly customer service and delicious sandwiches. However, yesterday we encountered some issues as their system was down and they were only accepting cash payments. There was a sign on the door notifying customers of this change, but unfortunately my daughter did not see it. When she went to the register, she was unaware of the cash-only policy. The staff member who assisted her made a note of it, but I hope this was just an isolated incident.

was not too busy so my order was quick. the 56 big kahuna cheese steak cannot be beaten! was so good today, nice when a sandwich is consistent from the order. there are trust that if they return to home and open it, it will be as delicious as ever. Typical fast food compounds quality is on the whole board. but jersey mikes subs are always right. I've been my experience so far and expect nothing to change. you can count on them.

I stood there for ten min no communication till the guy in the back came took my order while waiting for my food the guy adding the toppings was rude to the a point I thought he was joking too I asked to get bacon and the guy was rude again I will never tell anyone to eat there. I don’t know what happened to this place it was great couple years ago first time back bought a large roast beef $10 sandwich was 6 inches long 80% lettuce 15 oil &vinager maybe the other 5% was meat and cheese what a let down ! ?

I must say, this Jersey Mike's location is excellent. The staff and manager go above and beyond to make customers feel right at home. Truly exceptional experience!
