I don't even deserve to give this restaurant 1 star, but I have to choose a star. My experience here tonight for dinner was very disappointing. We ordered a type of bread and were told they only had one kind left. The server was very rude when informing us, and when our sandwiches finally arrived, they were not what we had ordered. The rosemary parmesan bread we requested was substituted with white bread, which was frustrating. The employees should not be rude to customers, especially just because they are busy. This restaurant is overpriced and unrefined. I only go there if I have no better options. I am part of their reward program, but I never have enough points for a free sandwich. The meats they use taste like they are precooked and processed, and they are too salty. The sandwiches are not very big and the oil they use tends to drip everywhere, making it a messy dining experience. The last time I ordered a sandwich, I requested that the bacon be extra crispy, but they seemed annoyed by my request. It was a hassle, and they made a big deal out of it. Love that they have gluten free bread here. The workers have always been good about cleaning between customers to avoid cross contamination, although if you are super sensitive this is probably not a great choice. We love the sandwiches here!
