Today was the worst experience I've ever had at a Jersey Mikes!! They weren't even busy, yet the service was horrible. The guys who were working today at 12:30 pm had terrible attitudes and didn't even make my order correctly. First, they didn't even start my order till I was checking out. I ordered a Chicken bacon ranch on wheat. They put it on white bread and left out the bacon. Then, they wrapped it and through it in the bag without asking me what I wanted on it. They put Tomatoes and lettuce, which I did not want. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had. I don't think I'll be going back. It's not that hard to provide customer service!
The most important job with any Customer Service employee is to be a good listener, (if you can't do that, get a job behind a desk), and to not argue with the customer when you do get the order wrong, I went inside and special ordered 2 sandwiches, a #2 and a #6, and they got them wrong right out of the gate.... the sandwiches were good, but they would've been better if they were made how I ordered them... Not quite sure what happened to my favorite sub place willing to spend a bit extra for a great sub wife returned home with a horrible sub I don't know if there was a change in ownership had no condiments and seem to be a little cheap on the meat unfortunately I talked my grandson into buying a good sub instead of going to Subway I hope they could fix this made me look bad
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I love jersey mikes in general, they have the best sandwiches. Today I got a #17 Philly Sub with a Pepsi. A delightful employee with great red hair made my sandwich and rang me up. She was quick in making and wrapping my sandwich and was very nice and understood me clearly. I was very happy with my sandwich and had an overall great experience. Réservez une table maintenant
Way overpriced for the product they are selling. I expect a lot more for what I'm paying for. And some of their customers are way out of control they don't know what they're ordering and then when they get to the counter they change it up and hold up the line. Overall I've been to better places. I miss Blimpies Best......
They have always been my go to sub spot. They were out of parm.bread. They had only lettuce, tomatoes and onion available. Hardly any meat ,very stingy with everything they did have. It was also very hot in there. Staff was not very friendly either. This will be my last time at this location.
