I love J.M's. But this location lacks. I don't believe I have ever been to a J.M. that did not toast my bread on my #55. I have never had to ask but to top it off I could tell they cooked it like someone who just didn't care. To pay over 40.00 for a giantand a med sandwich you would think they would want to take a little more pride in their product. Bums me out because I reallylike the product but just from any other store. I wish I could have taken back the tip. If there was a way to just contactingthe store mrg without it being public I would have gone that route first. But I blame mgmt for lack of training. Jmo!!!
The sandwiches were good, and the restaurant clean. But, parking was a little rough as it is in a busy shopping center. But, the workers were not smiling. So, I realize that smiles are not required for good service and good food. But, I hate to thinkI'm giving money to a company that isn't creating good jobs. Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but I do think customer facingworkers should smile so the experience is good for all.
