I needed a leather watch strap for a very old Omega wrist watch. I approached F Hinds, Darlington Branch, and the Staff could not have been more helpful. A search through their suppliers catalogues revealed a strap that met my requirements, at a fair price. They oordered the item for me and will fit it when it arrives. they went beyond and beyond to fix a ring. they even sent it through special delivery for us to save the trip down. the team is beautiful and extremely helpful to ensure that everything is perfect. I am very impressed and grateful for everything they have done, they really went away from helping us!

I went with my son on a trip where he saw a cheap watch. the assistent was fantastic with him, called him sir, although he is just a teenager! my son was over the moon with his watch I was very happy with the service, will definitely use this jewel again.
