We decided to try out this spot on a Friday night randomly. I will say they do their best with providing a good atmosphere with the limited space they have. The spacing between the tables makes it a little difficult for the waitresses to get through comfortably. The menu was a little confusing at first as it's two separate pages so we thought we were looking at 2 separate menus. I had stayed away because I thought it was an americanized korean place similar to how taco cabana, On The Border etc are the fake or bad cumin and chilli powdered-americanized texmex versus the more real or authentic flavors at taquerias or food carts like an actual mexican grandma makes.But i finally tried JibBop and was proven wrong. The food is authentic and the side dishes are exciting because it's not just kimchi and radish. it looks like the inside of a fancier restaurant you'd find in a bigger Korean city as opposed to the restaurants in the countryside villas. 0.30 cents worth of food priced at $22.00 that 's with toppings. At most actual maybe $3.00 worth of food and that 's being generous. I do not recommend at all you will just be disappointed with what you find and wish you didnt, sticky unclean floors wobbly table. Server was great though. Server commented that they do make the broth and thats about it. But taste exactly just plain rawmen noodle from Walmart. Which is .30cents individually. Rip off. Go to Kohana Sushi Ramen instead they make authentic rawmen noodle Consistently offering only the freshest, highest quality fish and ingredients.

I went there with my husband for lunch. We ordered our appetizer and food. The we got our appetizer and shortly after my husband got his food. His food was mediocre at best. My food never came out and when we asked about it 30 minutes later the server Alex was rude and said it was coming soon. We then went to the front to pay and she just asked if we wanted my food to go and didn’t even apologize for what happened. I know that mistakes happen but I can’t deal with people being rude. Have eaten here several times and the food is always amazing, however the staff prior to close always turns us away. We just tried to get a table for two with 25 minutes till close with several other customers dining at the time, and were told we could order to go but they didn’t want us to “have to rush”. Just very frustrating to come in during service hours to be turned away.

The rice is very bland but the meat is delicious! Get the short ribs hands down. The sides are a hit or miss.They seem to be short staffed which I understand but that shouldn’t be a reason to be treated with disrespect at the table. Service was a 1 forsure.
