Wanted taquitos with a side of nacho cheese. Cashier said it comes with either sour cream or guacamole. I said charge me for a side of nacho cheese. She said I don't know how to do that so....it comes with sour cream or guacamole. Told her forget It and ordered 2 tacos. Never accountered this problem at other locations. The cashier could of atleast asked some body or selected one of the required sauces and then charged me for the cheese. As a cashier myself I have never seen a cashier display such low level problem solving skills. I really wanted the dang taquitos and cheese!
I reached out to Jimboy's before placing my order with some specific requests for how I wanted my food prepared, and they executed everything perfectly! I think I spoke to Thomas (I hope that's correct), and he listened attentively, even accommodating my request to seal the bag securely to ensure my order wasn't tampered with. This was one of those rare occasions when both the food and delivery service were flawless, and trust me, I don't get to say that very often when using DoorDash! Thank you!!
Delicious! Everything I tried was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return! I only wish I lived closer so that I could visit every couple of weeks or even more often! I absolutely loved the salsas! I rated the service 4 stars because it took some time for our order to arrive, but I highly recommend that others call ahead for a pickup if that's an option.
I placed my order at 8:10 PM, just before they stopped taking orders at 8:40. Unfortunately, the cheese dip was mostly burnt, with only a small portion on top still edible. The tacos were stale, and the French fries were soggy. I usually enjoy this restaurant, but this visit was disappointing.

Delicious food at a great price! I highly recommend the fish taco and the bean burrito. Their Tahoe burritos are also very hearty, though a bit pricey. Despite that, the quality and freshness are always top-notch. This is definitely one of my favorite Mexican restaurants!
This Jimboy's location stands out for its excellent customer service. Unlike many others, they are open to accommodating special requests, such as adding extra sauce to your burrito. It's a refreshing change from the typically strict policies at other locations.
At Jimboy's Tacos, all the tacos on the menu were excellent, including both the classic and chicken options. However, I found the stuffed churros to be slightly overcooked for my liking.
This Jimboy's is a bit different from the usual, as my tacos had more meat than at other locations. While nothing beats the original at Denios, this comes in at a solid second place.

The food came exactly as I requested, and it was tasty. I especially enjoyed the bean tacos. I just wish there were more combo plate choices available.
