I've visited Jimmy John's several times and usually order the #13 sandwich. Occasionally, they include all the ingredients, but other times they miss the cheese or bacon. The last time, it only had ham, no cheese or bacon, and was drenched in mayo and mustard, which made the bread soggy. Make sure to check your order before leaving. Although this location is the closest to me, I'll likely try a different place to actually get the sandwich I want from their menu.
My experience at Jimmy John's has been quite standard. I've dined here multiple times and have never encountered any problems. The food is good, and the cookies are delicious. However, I've never been particularly impressed, which is why I give it an average rating. I pay for my meal, they provide the food, and then I enjoy it before it’s gone.

I was with Jimmy Johns twice. It was great both times. Everything was perfect. The Jimmy Senf tastes great. We will continue hacking to this demarcation.
45 minutes for a delivery?! I live 5 minutes away. I have to make a text at 15:05. Didnt show up until 3:45. I thought Jimmy John should be crazy fast.
This location ALWAYS messes up your delivery order one way or another, whether that be not adding extras or giving you the completely wrong sandwich.
Took almost 1hr and 30min for my sandwiches to arrive. Didnt get my chips and didnt get my mustard and mayo packets Réservez une table maintenant
