I had a disappointing experience with the service in Bridgeton. I've always been satisfied with other locations in Parkview that deliver to the Grove. However, a staff member informed everyone that the store's delivery policy does not extend to a distance of 1.1 miles, and that the supplier had just left. I urge Corporate Administration to look into the first point of contact in their service chain. My order was canceled, and I was told that my money would be refunded to my account within three business days. Goodbye to JJ in Bridgeton—this was a frustrating experience! It's important for businesses to uphold respectful service.
fast delivery and a friendly staff! to know that I have only a few minutes of fresh food, lunch makes a breeze. whether I am ravenous enough to make a Gargantuan of I need a light and satisfying undie to cut on the Carbs I know I can make it as I did it and delivered freaky fast. (don't forget to add some kickin ranch on the page to your sandwich in to dunken) and if you think it's easy to choose from as amazing sites like a huge cookie or some crispy jimmy chips, then you didn't try them
Edit #2: I witnessed the staff drop a French fry on the floor and then serve it. I won't be coming back. Edit: I returned a few times, and the food was definitely better than it had been in the last six months. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking to order anything different from the standard menu, as they often get those orders wrong.

This is the largest Jimmy John's I've come across, as they usually occupy spaces in strip malls. This location features its own stunning building. The interior is very appealing, and the service is fantastic—just like at all Jimmy John's. Overall, it provides a wonderful experience.
I can't believe my order was wrong twice! I ordered the giant #12 with bacon, pickles, and mustard, but the replacement order only had pickles added. This is ridiculous—how difficult is it to make a sandwich?
Terrible service—extremely slow. The young man working at 11:46 AM on November 19 was particularly rude and should be let go. I visit this place often and don’t deserve to be treated this way.
We ordered ham and cheese sliders, but they mistakenly served us roast beef instead. I think they need to pay more attention to the orders customers make.

I tried the jalapeño wrap, and it was amazing! Everything tasted fresh, and the guacamole was incredibly tasty!
