First time ordering at a Jimmy Johns. After figuring out what they have I placed order with friendly guy and Paid. I noticed the freebie menu and asked what was on the sub I ordered and Lady getting ready to make sub had a serious attitude like I shouldknow already. At that point just wanted out of this place but already paid so I told her what I wanted and let her make it. Shebecame much more pleasant after I put a tip in the jar. I only tipped because I didn't want my sub to get spit on or something.Other than that I don't know what the problem was but anyway sub is OK although bread is really tough. Second time the two girls working there at 12pm didn't do my order right. This time was a complete disgrace and they didn't gaf. I asked for 2 number 15s but what I ordered she suggested 2 number 3s and just add cheese. I asked for two tuna sandwichesdouble tuna, hollow out bread. One with no cucumbers and the other with cheese, with sauce and oregano. I got no sauce ororegano on either and they put cheese on both. I tried Jimmy John's at a new location and ordered three large sandwiches. Unfortunately, all three were severely lacking in fillings. One of the sandwiches only had two thin slices of roast beef and a small amount of cheese that did not even fill the roll. I asked for mayo, mustard, lettuce, and pickles, but the lettuce was scarce and there were only three pickle slices. When I unwrapped the sandwich, it looked more like a bread roll with very few toppings. The ingredients were barely visible. I was very disappointed with the sandwiches and do not plan on returning to this location.
Terrible customer service. Male taking orders rudely says huh when I gave him my order. He wears ear buds while working. Both females making sandwiches are sitting there talking to each other instead of making food. Unbelievable. I was there at1:30pm, nobody else in the store.

What out Jersey Mike’s! Jimmy John is rollin’ The gargantuan is ? I also like the spicy Italian with my peppers on the side.Very clean and friendly. Just wish you could let your points build up. They make you use them before you lose them.
The young people working here at night continously make mistakes with my online orders. Why? I don't understand it!
The workers are friendly and courteous. The sandwiches are excellent. The bread is always fresh and soft.
Jimmy John's are a great place for submarine sandwiches, especially with how fast the make them.
