Overall, the sandwiches were good. The service was good. There was a slight miscommunication. I didn’t want mayonnaise on my veggie sandwich. They forget to do what I requested. But, I just told them not to make another sandwich for me to avoid waste. The sandwiches were good and filling. It was about $20 for a regular Turkey sandwich and small veggie sandwich meal deal. I am not use to spending $20 for fast food for two people, because I rarely eat fast food sandwiches unless the group or person I am with prefers or selects fast food. Was it worth it? Yes. You should go to this jimmy John’s if you like to be belittled. I went last week and stepped to the side to look at the menu. A man covered in tattoos didn’t greet me just stared at me and after a few moments said I’m ready … and i told him I need a minute to look over the menu and huffed and rolled his eyes. I asked him a few question about the menu and he sarcastically answered. So finally I landed on a sub and told him what I wanted on it and he huffed again and said that’s not what l comes on that sub. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this experience deserves it. The delivery was prompt, and most of the drivers I've encountered have been pleasant and friendly. Since I live on a military base, there aren't many options for consistent delivery. However, during one of my recent orders, I got a slim 4 sandwich, and the bread was surprisingly tiny. I also added avocado spread and was charged $2 for just a small amount. In total, it ended up being almost a $10 sandwich! While the delivery service was excellent and the staff were nice, I've experienced some quality control issues with my last few orders from this location.
Absolutely the WORST location! We waited 30 mins for a mobile order and were the only ones here. 3 young kids are the only ones working and they are dropping f bombs and not giving a **** about people waiting for their orders. The management here is obviously lacking. Whoever owns this franchise... get your act together and make it right! Not to mention every time I come here there is something wrong with the order. Plus everyone in the back looks dirty with hair down, touching food and then receipts etc. I don't see how it passes health inspection.

Update to reflect that they *allegedly* no longer offer a military discount.All staff here are kind and polite, but service can be very hit or miss depending on management’s ability to manage work flow. I see the same employees perform at grossly different levels of speed and efficiency depending on who they are taking direction from. This can also affect the price of your food, as they never code my order the same way twice.
I am a repeat customer of this restaurant. They are all, from the owners to the employees, so helpful and knowledgeable. They meet and exceed our expectations! I had to ask four times for my sandwich to be made, and even then, they seemed more focused on fixing their Spotify playlist than actually preparing my order. They didn't even make the right sandwich. I also paid $2.50 for avocado, but I received just a tiny amount that wasn't worth the price. I won't be returning.
The staff here are great, ingredients are also high quality; I just wish the standard size subs were larger. I found myself having to get a second lunch, the medium size sub is more like a snack. The next larger size sub is a 16 ' ' monster, probably feeds a small family.Parking: Ample parking in the garage
