I absolutely love the food at this restaurant, but I’m pretty frustrated with the limited delivery options offered at Jimmy John's locations. Unfortunately, this seems to be a result of corporate decisions rather than individual store choices. It feels like a missed opportunity for the company, as there’s significant potential for both profit and customer satisfaction. Partnering with delivery services like Uber Eats or DoorDash would make their delicious food more accessible to customers. Overall, it’s disappointing that getting this fantastic food to hungry diners isn’t easier.

I decided to give the place another shot and ordered the Hunters Club with extra Jimmy Peppers and extra cheese. It’s worth noting that it already comes with double cheese, but what I received was just one slice of cheese! Once again, I was faced with the choice of driving back or taking the loss without any compensation. I'm just fed up with this. If you don’t want my business, that's fine—I'm finished!

I really enjoy everything about this restaurant, except for the female manager who has a unpleasant attitude and seems to have an ego problem. The way she speaks to her staff is quite off-putting, and she also has a somewhat dismissive manner with customers. Referring to me as "sir" doesn't really change that impression.

The entire staff was exceptionally friendly. The man who prepared my sandwich was very nice, and Amber, who took my order, was truly delightful. She suggested that I link my account, which resulted in me receiving a free cookie as part of my rewards! It really made my day. Thank you all very much! Réservez une table maintenant

I attempted to do curbside pickup at this restaurant, but the staff refused to bring the food to my car. Instead, they called me to come inside to collect it myself, even though there were three employees present. This lack of service is inexcusable, so I cannot recommend dining at this location.

I ordered a new sandwich and asked for extra lettuce, but that request was overlooked. It took nearly two hours for my sandwich to arrive. This isn't the first time I've had issues with missing items in my orders, such as bacon in previous ones. It's really disappointing.

I ordered a tuna sandwich, but it was poorly made. However, since I'm on a 30-minute lunch break and really hungry, I started eating it anyway. This is simply unacceptable. Typically, my sandwiches are loaded with tuna!
