I usually don’t write reviews, but this is the third time in six months that I’ve tried to place a delivery order and was told no due to being short-staffed or lacking a delivery driver. Jimmy John’s needs to stop advertising “freaky fast” delivery if they can’t actually deliver. On top of that, the last time I did get a delivery, they messed up my order by including an ingredient I specifically requested to be left out because my daughter is severely allergic to it. They gave me a $10 credit, but the meal was $12 before tax. At this point, I’m ruling out Jimmy John’s as an option since it seems to be poorly managed.
I am sad to say I will choose a new location too often. I understand personal problems, but if the staff that is in register hardly recognizes their anesthesia, it is inconspicuous. then to come home and find that my blt is missing and the fact that the last two times I was not yet better at this place is discouraging.

It's clear that the $12 meal at JJ is not worth it. The bottom of the salad tub was filled with tomatoes and lettuce that looked wilted. When I spoke to the "manager," they were unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to issue a refund or take the food back. This level of disrespect is truly unacceptable.

The service at this store is impersonal and rude. Not by what they say, but what they don't say. It's hard to look forward to eating a sandwich after I literally watched them throw it together. Just got food here for the last time. I will take my money somewhere else. Hard pass.
My favorite spot, Jimmy John's, is nearby. Google prompted me to leave a review since I've been here waiting for my mom for 45 minutes, and it thinks I've already eaten. Not yet, but soon! Anyway, the food is great, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly.
There was only one man working during the lunch rush, and he absolutely excelled. My order was completed in just five minutes, and everything was done perfectly. I was really impressed and hope he is well compensated for handling everything on his own.
This is what $12 gets you at JJ. They used the bottom of the tub tomatoes and some lettuce. The so-called manager claimed that this is how tomatoes are supposed to look. They refused to refund me or remake the dish. It's incredibly disrespectful.

Too fast they use my sandwich with a lot of mustard? I just asked for onions. Maybe next time your place is as dead as today, take your time. Because now I don't really like your sandwiches
Great friendly service!!! All of the subs were made fresh and everyone thought they were great. The restaurant was clean and easy to spot. There are many options as well.
