Disappointed in the service the last few times through and I won?t be going back. Food isn?t made to order, I continue to ask for no of something I don?t want, repeat it and make it clear and I continue to get what I don?t want. The amount of time to make a simple sandwich was far too long and not freaky fast. No urgency, painfully slow while the workers leaned and tossed their water bottles around. I felt like the workers purposely acted in a way that they could care less if they served someone or if anyone returned to the shop. I can see why stores are closing across the Des Moines metro if this is what you allow for employees service.
