Constantly screws up delivery orders and the team members aren 't on the same page. I placed an order online and my order was messed up, when I called the local team I was told it was either my fault or corporates fault and that it would take 20-30 minutes to get a replacement sandwich. After an hour I tossed the bad sandwich in the garbage because it was starting to leak and when I called back to receive an eta they told me that nobody was coming and that they were too busy to replace my sandwich. I go to jimmy johns often since it?s so close to my work. I always order a Slim 4 with cheese. I was standing in line looking at the menu and noticed an oregano basil sauce which sounded good. I was interested in trying it. I asked if I got get a little on the side to try and was told ?no you can only get mustard or mayo? and was told I couldnt pay for some on the side. It?s just freaking sauce. No reason to hold it ransom from customers because they didn?t order the regular turkey sandwich I don?t like all the extras that come with it).
These guys are quite fast and efficient, and I have a better experience here than at most other JJ's. Does suck that they charge for a cup of water, though. They do also close early at like 3pm on weekdays so bare that in mind. I don't hold that against them since they're operating by a business park that dies after lunch.Vegetarian options: I get the #6. I do wish they offered some meat alternatives, though.
The staff is always fast and friendly. Eating is always ready when I order online or is made fast and delicious when I get in. Well, Jimmy John must have been running. Have not had any bad experience yet!

All right. Nothing special about the sandwiches they have slender convenience options for a sandwich place. I'm not impressed, but I like those Jimmy John commercials! That's the point.
