Drive Thru Order- 10:23pm Sunday, September 4, 2022 The ordering process seemed to be hurried. Once we got into the window, our payment was made and our drinks were delivered. After a few minutes, our food was delivered. After removing the window, we discovered that nothing we ordered was correct and we assumed that they had given us the wrong order. I tried to get someone's attention to correct the problem, but was unsuccessful because the shop doors were locked and nobody was on anything but what was behind the counter. I went through a long line of cars to the auto-duration window and was immediately informed by the person on the window that they had realized that they had given me the wr...
I understand why customer service has a bad reputation. I hope this place is closed. I became 15. July 2022 cursed by a young man who has no homework and a female manager who stood at his action. He used the 'f' word when he talked to me. I have placed an order for a bacon breakfast slider extra bacon and no cheese. When I got my sandwich, it had a hamburger on it and the bacon. He and manager said I didn't order right, I'm an intelligent woman and ordered what I wanted. There will never be respect among our people until we are better taught. I pray for this young and his manager. Too bad as we have become humans. No respect for each other.
Our valentines dinner was horrible. Waited minutes after our reservation. Didnt get all the food we ordered. Forgot our smoothie after telling waiter times. Got wrong bill. They couldnt find our bill. One of the employees was mocking us for asking them to remake our smoothie when we finally got it. Service was horrible. Will never visit again. Employee had bad attitudes and never apologized. Very disorganized. Also waited minutes to get our drinks. When the soda machine with cups were right by our table. Horrible places and terriable emplyees and manager.
I don’t think the servers were prepared for the evening. We had a party of but they set us at a table for After minutes of waiting for another chair we grabbed one from another table. It took minutes for them to our order and when the server placed our order we were missing part of our order and another part of our was duplicated. It took over minutes to get our bill. My husband and kids were frustrated with the lack of service.

If your stomach is too good. When you didn't burn in a few weeks. There are times like these that you swing through the delicious intestinal bomb called White Castle. For $4.00 you get a delicious steamed bungalow and something similar to a burgerpatty with grilled onions and cheese. You're good, but you'll try the rest of your evening.
I took my grandkids and they loved it. Service was a little slow but it was to be expected. This is normally a fast food restaurant. The employees are not used to being servers. We had a great time.

Our server struggled a little. But since they only use servers once a year, it’s understandable.
