This specific location got me through many late nights as a student at GV. Always got my order right, and they were very apologetic when they stopped serving kickin ranch. I’d order from here way too much, and I will definitely continue with the pattern when I move back. This place is freaky fast and freaky consistent. As soon as I got the notification that my order was out for delivery, I’d set a timer, and they would always show up as I was walking down. Nothing but love for this location
Staff appeared to not care about me or what I ordered. I understand that they were busy. I ordered the Tuna sub. It was good, the bread had a crust to it which I'm not used to... It's Jimmy John's. I ordered a pick up order and when I got asked in to grab it the employees are literally sitting on the counter where you order. Have been here countless times in the past few weeks during the late afternoon-night shift and have countless witnessed employees treating the only female on the night staff horribly, the management needs to do better I have witnessed this two weeks ago and this past Sunday, do better!
