I hadn't intended to write a review for this Jimmy John's, but my experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. Despite there being no other customers, I faced a long wait time, and the product seemed unprepared for use. Customer service was severely lacking, and I even witnessed an employee throw receipts into the garbage, only to retrieve them later and put them back on the prep counter. When I finally got home to eat, I discovered a hair on my sandwich. That was the final straw that prompted me to write this review. This is simply unacceptable. My visit was already unsatisfactory, and to find that at home made it even worse. I have no desire to return, and I cannot recom...
This is the absolute worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever experienced. I stopped in to grab a veggie sandwich on my way back home from out of town. I paid $7 for a sandwich and when I opened it, there was literally only bread and cheese. I’m so upset bc I got too far to turn around. Very very unprofessional and tacky and I’m sure this was done intentionally. Hire more professional workers not ignorant employees. This is the one off the expressway in Hillsdale IL.

Ordered three sandwiches from the location today. I ordered the #5 Vito, #4 Turkey Tom and #11 Country Club. I asked for extra peppers on the #4 and #11, however, I did not receive any. The Vito was completely wrong. They gave me a plain turkey sandwich instead. So I was charged for a Vito but received a plain turkey sandwich.Overall, a pretty disappointing experience. I generally don’t eat at Jimmy Johns and probably won’t be returning.

I went there on a Saturday. The young lady behind the counter should take the day off. She did not seem like she wanted to be there. No- hello , no- how can I help you, she didn't even offer me a soda. What happened to taking care of the customer???? We wanted to eat our food there, they put it in a bag.........
I just visited and had to change my order. The girl with pink braids was quite rude, but the young man without dreads was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I usually use the drive-thru on Mannheim.
Love JJ but this location has steeply declined in service. Always 1+ hour wait now for delivery. Used to be extremely fast. Have had items missing as well. Very let down. If you can avoid this location, I would recommend it.
The service was extremely slow. It took us five minutes just to get acknowledged at the counter, even though there were six of us waiting for our sandwiches. Next time, I think I'll just go to McDonald's.
