I usually go to this location and I'm usually satisfied. But this time was different. The kids they have working there looked dumb founded. Only one kid had customer service skills. The service was slow for it being Jimmy John's. I ordered to ho but when I got home, our sandwiches were horrible. They used old lettuce that looked brown. They only put 3 small tomatoes that were the edge of the tomato. And my chicken Caesars wrap had more croutons than chicken. I hope the owner looks into better training for his employees and upgrades the food to be more fresh.
Ordered 3 combos... first all all my order was over 45 min late... I was missing most of my order... I only got my sandwiches not the drinks or the chocolate brownie that comes with the combo. I got charged 42 dollars to get only 3 sandwiches.. I called and the guy answering the phones doesn't seem to know what he is doing. I was told I would get a credit of 20 dollars and its been 5 days and nothing on my CC but the 42 was already posted! Beware..do not go and order from this JJ they are rip offs!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COUlD!!! Rip offs!!!
We order quite regularly. Today, I called 6x. They kept answering and hanging up. Then when I finally got through, I repeated my order 3x. They still messed up the order. We got regular turkey sandwiches when we ordered the #12 which is suppose to come with guacamole. Missed an order of chips. Really poor service.
Whent to JJ TO BUY A #2 put a half of spatula of mayo on it ,should only have a tiny scoop ,asked for onions and peppers ,didn’t get em , had to remind the inshop to cut it ,after she already rapped it ,but I did get my napkin ,for the dog to use after I gave it to him to eat ?

I ordered a veggie sandwich for pickup, and my receipt clearly indicated it was a veggie option. However, they added meat to my sandwich, which I'm allergic to. It was a waste of money.
Can be hard to call in case of issues, otherwise good service food and price. Management was great to work with when there was a mistake with my order
The bread for the sandwich appeared to have something resembling mold on it. Additionally, the service was slower than expected for a Jimmy John’s.
It can be difficult to reach someone by phone if there are any issues; however, the service, food, and prices are all good.
