The worst sandwich I've ever had! It was thrown together with barely any meat, and the cheese was hanging out of the bread. You can't even watch them make your sandwich to ask for more or less of any toppings. The sandwich is tiny and way overpriced! You have to add your own mustard, which comes in tiny packets because they won’t spread it for you. Jersey Mike’s completely blows Jimmy John’s out of the water! The employees are rude and disrespectful if you ask questions or have special requests. I do not recommend Jimmy John’s. Plus, the bread was cold, soft, and stale!
Jimmy John's closes way too early, which is frustrating for anyone working past 6 PM. It’s hard to understand why they would shut down during prime dinner hours, and I’ve missed out on eating there several times because of this. On my most recent visit a few days ago, I ordered my usual vegetarian sandwich and was very disappointed to find turkey in it. They definitely need to stay open later and make sure staff are more careful with orders. Mistakes happen, but confusing a turkey sandwich with a veggie one is a big oversight.
As a first-time visitor to Jimmy John's, I have to say it's a cut above other quick sandwich places. I ordered the Tuna Special in a 16-inch, and it kept me satisfied for the rest of the day. The restaurant was clean and inviting, especially the restrooms. I'm curious about the type of tile they have in the other restroom! The menu offers some great options.
I tried the Little John #2 at Jimmy John's, and I highly recommend it if you're not too hungry. The bread is incredibly fresh and soft, and the roast beef is absolutely delicious! Check out their menu for this great option.
