It took 3 times to learn that their priority is NOT customer service. 1. veg item w/ chicken came w/ tofu, said thought it was w/ chicken, was scolded mistake on my order (my fault) at table AND when I left restaurant at hostess stand; 2). billed for wrong order, tried to correct w/ them directly multiple times, finally called Visa and got correct; 3). most recently, they have fast food robots with blinking lights every 30 60 second going through whole restaurant by table when said annoying, they were okay with us leaving vs. not having rolling robots going by our table. Customer service #1 priority? Don't think so. Never going again, 3 x a bomb.
Amazing service, seems small but plenty of tables. We came thinking it was a buffet but glad we decided to stay anyways for dinner. The food was delish and flavorful. We had sushi as well as entrees for a party of 10. Has options for younger kids with your typical wings, beef sticks and then those for adults who are adventures. Mind you they have the robotic server!!! Great to see in the states! Great addition to your meal to witness that you see overseas
Nothing to complain about here! Great service, good prices for the lunch combo (my general gao chicken came with choice of rice, soup, and salad). This place is both classy enough to be a date spot and welcoming/comfy for families or groups. Menu came with a selection of Chinese food and also sushi. Plus, a little robot brings your food out to your table!
The sushi was fairly good. The restaurant looks like a sleepy empty restaurant 2-3 blocks from Coolidge Corner but the ambience inside was cozy. We had a selection of sushi, fried rice, a bowl of ramen. The ramen was surprisingly good although it had some hint of Chinese flavors, so in some sense not a typical Japanese ramen.

Given my proximity, I really did want to like this spot however most of their entrees were just average (to be fair I never tried any of their sushi and cannot speak to the quality of that side of the menu) udon was way too greasy. The angel hair noodle was the one dish which I found decent. Service was quick and friendly.
food quality. everything is made fresh, good authentic aromas. spacious restaurant with modern decor. it is estimated according to its Brookline demographs. for lunch with 4 people (2 teenage girls), no alcohol, $140.
Absolutely delicious. I had several vegetarian options, and it was incredible. The cashier had such good vibes. Highly recommend Jin's!
