Jinseon Korean Bbq Restaurant Bar

Fun experience! As a non Korean this was a great experience! We fancied something completely different, so why not cook your own food at a Korean BBQ joint! The menu had a wide range of choices, whether that be meat or vegetarian Plenty of side disses to accompany your choice of main (tteokbokki being my favourite! We had beef rib eye and chicken thighs for our meat which were both delicious. The steak was sliced ~1cm thick so cooked very quickly on the hot coals, it was so juicy. Accompanying dishes were the squid (very different texture to what I’m used too, it was ‘snappy’ in texture not soft . Delicious food and helpful staff. I would suggest booking a table from before. The food all tasted wonderful, however depending on individual some dishes may be too spicy. The staff were attentive and took care of the bbq when it started to burn a bit. K-pop music played throughout the evening and the vibe was enjoyable. However, they do close strangely early, with a 10 pm closing time. When I was still eating at around 9:40, someone came and cut up my meat without asking me, almost like a passive aggressive way of telling me to hurry up and get out. I was not impressed. I visited this restaurant for my birthday after reading so many positive reviews and wanting to try something new. We ordered the meat platter, but the meat was fatty and very chewy. For £35, it was a huge disappointment, and we didn’t enjoy it at all. We also had the dirty KFC as a starter, which tasted decent, but it came with rock-hard popcorn that nearly broke our teeth. To make matters worse, the meat platter arrived before our starter, which I found quite strange. Additionally, the restrooms were unclean. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and the place was quite busy. However, I won’t be coming back.

Decided to go for Korean and went to this restaurant. Full on a weekday so must be good. Managed to get a table although we didn't make a reservation so couldn't try out their BBQ grill menu as fully booked. Overall lovely and cosy atmosphere with great menu choice, full of flavour. The Bulgogi beef was tender pieces of ribeye steak, fried chicken had a crispy coating and juicy inside, the Oyster pancake and Japchae was my favourite there. Great food, great atmosphere, great service! Delicious! It's nice to try to cook the meat by yourself with the BBQ, obviously it's either well done or burned with the heat . Waiters were always there to help and to make sure we didn't burn anything (like the restaurant). Lovely for family and friends, the only minus is the lack of choice for deserts, ice cream is not sufficient. Would come back and recommend 100

This is a very cozy Korean restaurant in Coventry with exceptional customer service. The meats are fresh, juicy, and tender. The Dirty KFC was incredibly delicious, featuring a great combination of spices. It's definitely a fantastic spot for Korean BBQ. I will definitely return on my next visit to Coventry. The staff are very friendly and helpful in choosing a great meal.

We popped in for lunch so didn't have the at-table BBQ. Our choices were good and the food was tasty, well prepared and came quickly. We watched a group enjoying the BBQ; it looked fun and we'll be back to try ourselves. Note that the location on Google Maps is wrong. I've tried changing it but they're refusing. At the moment Maps gets confused when you get nearby

I can't find anything to criticize. Everything, from the meat to the side dishes, was of excellent quality and delicious. The service struck the perfect balance between being attentive and not intrusive. As is typical for popular restaurants, they tend to get quite busy during peak hours, which can result in longer waiting times to be seated and served. Réservez une table maintenant

Great food and a good choice. Quite pricey, But good fun cooking your own meat etc exactly as you like it. The coke ice-cream float was pretty much all crushed ice and not good value at £4:50( possibly £4 can't remember which)

Lovely place and a great experience, had a meat platter which gave you a choice of 4 different styles of meat, all were spot on, served 2 people easily. Whole thing is perfect for a friends night or family night out.
