Jj's Fish Chips Burgers

I order on the phone to pick up 7 o'clock, and when I get there at 7.10 o'clock, they make me wait until 7.40 o'clock then they say sadly, we get fake commands sometimes so that we waited for them first and apologize.? I let it slip, but then my wife ordered today over the phone and she says she can't hear it and call it back, so my wife calls back, and the girl gets up and then doesn't call us. we eat here once to twice a week, but now never again! so rude.
