Second time I have been here for lunch and on both occasions everything has been excellent. Owners staff attentive, never rush you despite being extreme busy and people waiting for a table,so better if you can book. On this occasion I had a sourdough open sandwich of cream cheese, avocado, spinach leaves topped with smoked salmon, sliced dill pickle and seeds, absolutely delicious, amazing combination of flavours, followed by pecan pie with vanilla ice cream, most of which I bought home, I choose 2 very rich courses! This restaurant is definitely our go-to spot for weekend dining. We have been coming here for years and it still feels like a special treat every time. The food is outstanding, especially the pancakes, and we always make sure to save room for them no matter what we've had before. The service is excellent and we typically opt for a brunch meal when dining in.

Great place to have brunch after a 20 minute park run on the seafront on a Saturday morning. Plus the window seat is a great observation spot to watch the varied sights you might experience at 10.00 am after a heavy Friday eve. Food is delicious, staff are friendly, atmosphere is vibrant. Definitely worth a visit.
