We visited another Nando's location, this time at Bluewater Shopping Centre. After a long day on the road, my friend Freddie and I found ourselves at this venue. We parked near the entrance and made our way to the food court where Nando's has a large presence. Surprisingly, Freddie had never tried Nando's before so we felt it was a must to give it a try. The restaurant was typical of Nando's, and we ordered grilled Halloumi with chilly jam for our first course. While it was okay, the Halloumi was a bit soggy. Our main courses, a burger with chips, macho peas, and coleslaw, were decent but they arrived slightly cold. The service was polite and friendly, but the food didn't quite meet the high...
My family and I have been eating at Nandos Plaza since it opened in c.a 2000. The food is amazing, as is the service. We have been very lucky to have eaten in amazing places around the world but there is honestly nothing better to coming home to Nandos where we are treated as family. Everyone working in the restaurant are adorable and nothing is ever too much. Special mention goes to (and in no particular order) Carlos, Tanya, Heather and everyone else I have forgotten (sorry getting old). Thank you again, honestly the best restaurant in Bluewater!!!
I enjoyed how friendly these hardworking Nandocas staff are. From the Cashiers to the Grillers, Waiters not to mention the food; they were all on point! There was a high level of respect and urgency for anything that was needed for me and my Mum. Despite there being longer wait times, the busier crowd was due to it being half term. However, they deserve definitely recognition, especially Michael. He was supportively understanding enough to help my mum with her wheelchair when we were ready to leave.
If I could rate this Nandos a 10 I would. It’s exceptional, as are the staff. I absolutely love eating here. The service, food and attention to detail are all sublime. I am lucky enough to either eaten here or taken away ever week since 2001 and honestly it is always perfect. I know there is another Nandos in Bluewater but this one is special and I highly recommend if shopping at Bluewater. Réservez une table maintenant
Disgusting service. I was asked when ordering if I had an any allergies and stupidly said yes as my allergen is unknown the manager refused me service despite me saying that I knew I was okay with the items that I was ordering. I was absolutely starving by the time I found another suitable alternative a great shame as had so many great experiences at Nandos elsewhere.
The chicken was really delicious, the kids loved their meals, and the staff went above and beyond to keep them entertained with crayons. Emily provided excellent service and even helped us retrieve something we had left behind. We had a great experience at this restaurant!
Simply amazing restaurant! I am lucky enough to visit every week, without fail, and the food and service are always sublime. It is honestly a pleasure to go to this restaurant. If you are visiting Bluewater I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Réservez une table maintenant
