immigrants and a friendly greeting again. asked to order and a menu was provided. when I came back to the host to give my order with three employees standing there, and I was ignored what felt like a few minutes. two looked at me and the one who greeted me had them back to me. I had to wait for the girl whose return was to me and who provided the greeting and a menu for communication. then I was told that I had to wait for the order staff to pick up my order. after I was able to place my order and the three young ladies on the hostess stand began complaining about another employee. I ordered and thanked myself for coming when I had opened the bag, there were no utensili or serviettes. assumed it would have been ketchup in the bag for my riders, or they would at least have asked if I wanted ketchup. no ketchup. I ordered a cod sandwich with homemade chips, it was not bad, but I would rather eat the cod sandwich of culver. the homemade chips were packed frozen pommes like those of mcdonalds.

the waitress was very slow and not attentive during our dinner. Salads came out after a long wait and dinner entrées immediately showed up what had not had enough time to finish anointing. my man enjoyed his meatloaf but my hunch was creeping terrible! it floated in the sauce, and it could be an STL thing to have Italian dishes with provel, but in fetters...tasteful! not everyone likes provel, and it should be noticed on the menu that it is used. I took the majority from her home for my daughter who smashed it after a bite. the food quality was not worth the increased prices. I would go back to salat, but it will not go my first choice of places for date night.

the service was terrible, he had to awaken and hour for a cheeseburger and wobble rings. kellner brought tweebel rings, she later brought them to burger. told her I didn't want to eat because it was and was too late. ask for manager who apologized. they said they do the best they can. manager wasn't a good manager. I still had to pay for appetizers, and drinks will never go there again. You're a terrible horrible first time experience.

I had the chicken spinini sandwich with kartoffels. it was the best sandwich I ever had. the chicken was juicy and tender and dressed with provel. the place was full of chatter. I had lunch with my brother and sat and spoke. nice experience.

great eating! large portions, more than enough for two meals. ask for sj, she was wonderful with the children. good, real, attentive. she made the meal even better! I would come back to have them back as my server.
