This place has great pizza however; since the new management the service has gone drastically downhill. We had a house full of people over for dinner so we ordered 4 pizzas through their website. After an hour and half and not getting any updates I called to see what the problem was. The lady who answered the phone said she didn’t know why the order was not put thru and took my order over the phone said I would have my order in 30 mins. After the time went by the same lady said they “forgot” to cook one of my pizzas! I told her to just get me what they do have and refund the rest. Ok 20 more mins!!! Went in here to get myself a pizza to celebrate graduating high school, and I was blown away by what they serve here. The pizza is phenomenal, the cheese is gooey, the crust is thin and chewy, the toppings are full of flavor, the pizza wasn 't burned at all, it 's all amazing. The new owner was nice, chill, and wonderful to talk to. Atmosphere of the place was great, felt like I was eating lunch at home. I highly recommend if you 're looking for good, greasy (but not too greasy) pizza. The prices are pretty good for the food 's quality, I paid 21 bucks with an extra 2 bucks from tax for a small pizza, and the small size was more like a medium at a chain pizza place. Will definitely be coming...

I calmly called the restaurant to alert them that my order was incorrect. The lady I spoke with started to spass out and completely refuse accountability for the wrong order. She had the nerve to curse me then hung up on me. Just overall poor customer negligence. I asked for management and she mentioned he's not here. Then mentioned that he will back her up. Just absolutely disappointing after being a loyal customer for quite sometime. I would go for a half of star if it was possible ‍

I ordered garlic fries, but they were very soggy and not good at all. The sandwich I ordered was too cheesy and didn't have the pesto it was supposed to have. The garlic bread provided with the spaghetti was more like small croutons than actual garlic bread. Overall, I was disappointed with the food, especially considering the $38 price tag. I had high expectations since their pizza is usually good. I recommend only ordering the pizza if you visit this restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant

I was hearing all these crazy things about this place called Joeysso I decided to go down there and see for myself what a fun little place the girl that's taking orders with the crazy colored hair little bit rough around the edges but harmless it's an old Victorian home there's a bar underneath and a pizza joint above it's a cool little place you want to have some old School pizza and old style building go to Joey's they're the best thanks Joey

Its a great family restaurant They got a lot of food and options from vegetarian to gluten free half-and-half They serve large and small pizzas My pizza slice came out perfect not burnt one of my favorite places to go and you can even order your pizza oryour slice downstairs at the bar The front staff is very helpful and nice and everybody that works there tries to make yourexperience the best

Customer service was awful. Was waiting on a DoorDash order for 20 min just for them to tell me to cancel because employee with blue hair messed up the order than proceeded to have attitude towards me. She looks like she hates her job.

I absolutely adore this pizza place, not just for their incredible food, but mostly because Miranda is such a delight! She is always so helpful and enjoyable to chat with while I pick up my order. I highly recommend this spot! ???? Réservez une table maintenant

This is my go-to pizza spot in Santa Rosa. The late night service is also excellent for when you're passing by late, which I've done many times.
